STARTING FROM KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC (2003)
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II – The Sith Lords (2005)—There is very little to say about the sequel. It builds off of the format left by the original. But it’s only expansive in terms of choices and characters but is not expansive in depth. That isn’t to say that it is an unenjoyable game. If you loved KOTOR, then you will enjoy most of KOTOR II. But where the story in the other one was rich and cathartic, this story feels cold and slightly empty. The original KOTOR has an amazing finale. KOTOR II has an ending that feels so tacked-on that you don’t believe that the game is actually over or that you missed the real ending. Still, it is a game worth playing.
